Looks fab - you got to get into the aussie way with a BBQ to save on the cooking!!! Nothing beats a proper British xmas dinner though. Looks like you had a fab time, Love Liz x
It does not sound write cooking a full xmas dinner in 40oC. Never mind I`d swap tomoorow. It is blowing well and raining hard with the forecast of snow threatened. It is settling nicely in the scottish highlands at the moment and scatterings further down. See what you are missing!!!!

We enjoyed our dinner too at 7pm after 5hours without electric with some little darling setting fire to the main electricity supply box in our area, leaving 240 homes without electric at the most crucial part of Christmas day!!!
Don't suppose you gave us a thought while you were munching your way through that delicious meal you cooked??...we're thinking of you now that we are looking at the piccy! Remembering what a lovely cookist you are! By the way, your new found aunty Helen is like you - loves cooking. So I don't have to worry with 2 of you being cookists do I! ;) :)
