Jenny For you (and anyone else who wants it) Chicken Teriyaki.

Teriyaki Chicken
from Churchill Delights!

Flavour packed Catalan style chicken for a speedy but special supper

· Servings: 2
· Level of difficulty: Easy
· Preparation Time: 15 minutes, plus marinating
· Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients

· 2 Chicken breast
· 2 onions
· 2 peppers
· 1 garlic clove, chopped
· 2 tbsp maple syrup
· 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
· 2 tbsp oyster sauce
· Boiled rice to serve
1. Cut the chicken into strips and lay them in a shallow dish. Combine the marinade ingredients and pour over the chicken. Leave for as long as possible (I leave overnight in fridge).
2. Fry Onions garlic and peppers until soft and coloured add Chicken and marinade fry, then serve on bed of fluffy rice.
